But I’ll be honest… I haven’t always eaten this clean.

I’ve always struggled with a sweet tooth.


I would have no trouble eating really healthy during the day, but every night crave something sweet.

This blew my mind, and even the ‘healthy’ options I’d grab from health stores were deceiving me.


Sure, they claimed to be “low-sugar” but this was replaced with high dollops of alcoholic sugars. The main culprit for why my stomach would end up in such a mess!


I decided that the sugary goodness wasn’t worth the damaging impact on my body.

At first, I tried to go cold turkey. But that didn’t last.

A week would go by where I’d eat super clean. And so, of course, I’d reward myself with just one square of chocolate.

That can’t harm me, right?

Wrong. What was an innocent square soon turned into a 2-day binge of ANYthing and EVERYthing sweet.

I knew I had a serious problem. Sugar was that problem.

So, I instead started to make my OWN sweet treats.

I took the desserts that I loved… gooey chocolate brownies, chunky chocolate chip cookies, fluffy pancakes… and managed to create gluten-free, refined sugar-free goodies that taste incredible!

If not better, because when I eat them I don’t feel discomfort in my stomach or a pang of guilt for devouring something I shouldn’t.

I knew it’d be pretty selfish to keep these healthy treats to myself.

So I went through hundreds of my homemade goodies and picked 15 for my Sweet Treats E-Book.
